The Veramonte estate is located in the heart of the Casablanca Valley, a wine region 100km northwest of Santiago. Discover an elegant and lively Chardonnay, which has taken advantage of the cool climate of the valley.
Vinification: 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and used barrels for 15% of the wine.
Aging: 8 months in neutral barrels for 15% of the wine, then in stainless steel vats for the rest.
Tasting notes:
On tasting, notes of green apple, pear and also melon are pleasant to note. A nice liveliness and exotic flavours make it a good companion for a Greek salad or seafood...
