El Jimador Reposado is a rested or aged tequila, made with 100% authentic agave, which is made through a special process.
This El Jimador Reposado is made following a special production process that begins with the harvesting of 10-year-old agaves, which are cooked for 24 hours to extract their juices . Once obtained, these go on to be fermented to be double distilled and left to rest in white oak barrels for two months.
El Jimador Reposado tequila is smooth and delicate, with notes of vanilla and caramel standing out, both on the nose and on the palate. In addition, it has an attractive light golden color.
