Alessi Marinara Sauce

Fresh garlic and onion are sauced in Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sicilian pear-shaped tomatoes, picked in their most ripened and juicy state, are added to this "soffritto" along with a few basil leaves. Diced Sicilian Eggplants are added to the cooking sauce.
